Guided Meditation/ Pachamama Yoga Nidra All, Body, Yoga

The practice of Yoga Nidra is a practice of yogic sleep that will guide you to the hypnagogic state, a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. Try to remain awake by listening to the sound of my voice. You will be asked to move your awareness to various bodily sensations, emotions, and images. Try not to concentrate too intensely as this may prevent you from relaxing. During this meditation, please use and absorb what you need at the moment and leave the rest behind.

Also, I do sound healing sessions. It is vibrational healing, and It works by the water in the body receiving information from the environment, in this case, the frequencies that the singing bowl puts off. We are always receiving and giving out information through our chakra system. The chakras act as gateways from the subtle realms to the physical and from the body to the environment. So back in the day when hippies would say “its the vibes man” now we know and can say this on a quantifiable level and the common factor here is water. It is proven that the water crystals in your body hold memory and react to the information, sound, and frequencies it receives so we are able to use certain notes and frequencies to heal.
